Vos responsabilités

We are expanding our commercial team to drive significant growth in our key accounts sector. This role is vital for enhancing our business relationships and development efforts across major accounts at both national and regional levels. As the Key Account Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our key accounts by identifying and executing new business opportunities. You will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions. Your role will also involve strategic planning, market analysis, and leadership to achieve business objectives. Collaborating with the commercial team, you will ensure the implementation of innovative strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our footprint across key accounts. Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to achieve revenue targets through new partnerships and accounts.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to deliver joint value.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences. Analyze data to inform strategic decisions and identify areas for growth.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive business plans outlining financial projections, operational strategies, and marketing initiatives.
  • Negotiations: Negotiate contracts and agreements with key clients, suppliers, and vendors to secure beneficial terms and conditions.
  • Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of key accounts. Analyze sales data and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make necessary adjustments.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and enhance brand visibility. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business plans.
  • Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the account management team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Industry Engagement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote our products and services.

Compétences requises

  • Sales and Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to close deals and negotiate contracts with partners.
  • Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of key account dynamics, customer behavior, and competitor analysis.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably within the healthcare, diagnostics, or FMCG industry.
  • Relationship Building: Strong skills in building and maintaining relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Strategic Planning: Proven ability to develop and implement strategies to expand business opportunities and increase revenue.
  • Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills to pitch ideas, negotiate terms, and build rapport with clients.
  • Leadership Abilities: Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, market research, and financial reports for informed decision-making.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and industry trends.
  • Results-Oriented: Focus on achieving measurable outcomes and driving business growth.
