Your Tasks

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Junior Recruiter / HR Generalist to join our HR team. In this role, you will play a key part in both talent acquisition and HR operations, supporting the full employee lifecycle. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a broad HR skillset in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Recruitment

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions, from job briefing to offer stage.
  • Draft and publish job advertisements through appropriate sourcing channels.
  • Screen applications, conduct interviews, coordinate assessment processes, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and staffing providers when required.

Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Independently manage the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of employment documents, work permit requests, employee creation in the system, and coordination of all onboarding activities.
  • Oversee offboarding processes, including document preparation, system updates, and coordination of exit formalities.
  • Create, maintain, and update employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, amendments, and work certificates.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions and administrative requests.
  • Support managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Assist HR Business Partners with operational HR activities and projects.

Your Profile

  • HR Certificate or equivalent education.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, including significant exposure to both recruitment and HR administration.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes in a corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Swiss employment practices and HR administration.
  • Fluent in French and English; German is desirable.
  • Proficient with HRIS and digital tools (Oracle, Microsoft 365, ATS).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitments and HR priorities simultaneously.
  • Service-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven approach.
