Unilabs is the largest provider of medical laboratory diagnostics for prescribers and hospitals in Switzerland and employs around 800 people.
Your Tasks
We are seeking two dynamic Sales Leads to strengthen our business development efforts and prescriber engagement across our radiology network. Ideal candidates are former radiology technicians or health care professionals with solid radiology / health care knowledge who are passionate about building partnerships, driving growth, and improving prescriber performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive prescriber performance across radiology institutes, supporting doctors and referrers to optimize patient pathways and referral flows.
- Lead business development initiatives, identifying and establishing new partnerships with referring physicians, clinics, and healthcare networks.
- Actively hunt new prescribers and develop tailored engagement strategies to increase referral volumes.
- Collaborate with institute managers and medical teams to align commercial actions with operational priorities.
- Monitor and analyze referral and sites activity, conversion rates, and performance KPIs.
- Represent the brand and management interests with professionalism and medical credibility in all field interactions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer relationship management (CRM) and / or operational excellence tools and processes.
Your Profile
- Background as a radiology technician or experience in the radiology / healthcare sector (strong understanding of the imaging environment).
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or key account management, ideally in healthcare.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with healthcare professionals.
- Results-driven, autonomous, and proactive, with strong negotiation and networking abilities.
- Fluent in English and the relevant local language (German for Zurich, French for Romandie).
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel across the region.
