Your Tasks

Your Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security.
  • Manage maintenance schedules, inspections, and vendor contracts.
  • Oversea different laboratories and sample collection center across different cantons
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Supervise external service providers.
  • Lead facility improvement projects and renovations.
  • Monitor budgets, costs, and resource planning.
  • Respond promptly to facility emergencies and maintenance requests.

Your Profile

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in facility or maintenance management and/or related projects, ideally in industrial or regulated environments.
  • Min. bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Mandatory fluent in minimum two of the following languages - French, English, and German
  • Internal service orientation. Excellent problem-solving skills. Pragmatism and sense of urgency.
  • Learning and adaptability skills to drive superior service to laboratory staff and increase the performance of contractors
  • Strong knowledge of building systems and technical maintenance. Proficiency with maintenance management systems
  • Familiarity with safety standards and facility compliance (e.g., ISO, GLP, GCP, etc.).
