Introduction

Unilabs is the largest provider of medical laboratory diagnostics for prescribers and hospitals in Switzerland and employs around 800 people.

Your Tasks

  • Project Planning and Execution: Define and manage projects according to directives from the Senior Manager for Asset and Infrastructure. Ensure all project documentation is complete and up to date.

  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to define project success criteria and ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Team Leadership: Lead project teams by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and facilitating effective communication among team members to ensure project milestones are met.

  • Reporting and Communication: Provide regular updates on project status to the Senior Manager, including risk assessments, budget tracking, and progress reports.

Your Profile

  • Decision-Making: Ability to build options, propose the best solution and communicate properly in order to make informed decisions promptly while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

  • at least 10 years experience in Leadership: Demonstrated leadership in supporting and driving performance within cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment to drive superior results.

  • at least 10 years experience in Project and Program Management: Rigorous organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on detail and accuracy.

  • excellent language skills in French, German and English. 

  • Background in Engineering
