Your Tasks
Project Planning and Execution: Define and manage projects according to directives from the Senior Manager for Asset and Infrastructure. Ensure all project documentation is complete and up to date.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to define project success criteria and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Team Leadership: Lead project teams by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and facilitating effective communication among team members to ensure project milestones are met.
Reporting and Communication: Provide regular updates on project status to the Senior Manager, including risk assessments, budget tracking, and progress reports.
Your Profile
Decision-Making: Ability to build options, propose the best solution and communicate properly in order to make informed decisions promptly while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
at least 10 years experience in Leadership: Demonstrated leadership in supporting and driving performance within cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment to drive superior results.
at least 10 years experience in Project and Program Management: Rigorous organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on detail and accuracy.
excellent language skills in French, German and English.
