Ihre Aufgaben

  • Lead the Supply Chain Transformation Workstream: Direct and manage projects focused on transforming and aligning logistics processes and network optimization within Unilabs Switzerland.
  • Strategic Project Management: Lead multiple projects from business requirement specification through to successful implementation, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Conduct comprehensive analyses to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Risk Management: Evaluate potential risks and ensure appropriate strategies are formulated to mitigate them.
  • Project Oversight: Oversee ongoing logistics projects to ensure timely delivery, adherence to budget, and alignment with transformation goals.
  • Collaboration & Alignment: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless process and strategy alignment across the supply chain.
  • Process Optimization: Apply advanced analytics to continually enhance the supply chain, logistics processes, and operational efficiencies.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot logistics-related challenges, quickly identify root causes, and implement effective solutions

Was Sie mitbringen

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management, particularly within transformation or optimization projects.
  • Strong task and project management skills, with demonstrated experience in leading large-scale projects.
  • An analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in English, French, and German. Additional languages are advantageous.
