Specialist in Laboratory Medicine FAMH, Focus on Clinical Chemistry

Aufgaben:

  • Validating and reporting on laboratory medical analyses in the field of clinical chemistry
  • Explaining result and Providing laboratory medical counseling for customers (hospitals, clinics, general practioners, etc.)
  • Co-managing a broad spectrum of clinical chemistry analyses with the opportunity to specialize further in one or more areas: routine analytics, emergency analytics in our hospital laboratories, special analytics including electrophoresis, immunofixation, therapeutic drug monitoring, prenatal screening, and cerebrospinal fluid analytics 
  • Evaluating, introducing, monitoring, and validating new laboratory testing procedures
  • Ensuring high-quality, reliable, and cost-effective services
  • Maintaining and developing scientifically-based analytics
  • Collaborating with the laboratory manager, marketing, and management
  • Actively participating in training and continuing education
     

Anforderungen:

  • Completed FAMH training as a specialist in laboratory medicine with a focus on clinical chemistry
  • Additional FAMH and/or FMH training is an advantage
  • Communicative personality with strong social skills
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate constructively
  • Dynamic personality with a scientific interest
  • Excellent German or French skills, good knowledge of English
